1. Scope
TTS Ops is private operations software used by invited operators and shops that explicitly authorize a connection. This policy applies to information processed through the TTS Ops website, control room and connected-channel workflows.
This policy does not replace the privacy terms of Etsy, TikTok Shop, Printify, OpenAI, xAI or another service a user chooses to connect.
2. Information we collect
Account and shop information
We may process operator identity, authorized marketplace user and shop identifiers, shop names, connection status and granted OAuth scopes.
Catalog and operations information
We may process listing content, original creative assets supplied or approved by the operator, inventory, variations, pricing, production-partner configuration, shipping configuration and channel status.
Orders and fulfillment
For paid-order operations, we may process receipt, order, item, SKU, quantity, variation, fulfillment and shipment information. Buyer information is limited to what is necessary to complete an authorized transaction and resolve operational exceptions.
Technical records
We record security and operational events such as timestamps, job state, error codes, authorization decisions and redacted diagnostics. We do not intentionally place passwords, OAuth tokens or full buyer details in ordinary audit logs.
Website information
This static website does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking. A hosting provider may retain standard request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested path and browser user agent for security and reliability.
3. How information is used
- Authenticate an operator and connect an authorized shop.
- Prepare, validate, publish and reconcile approved listings.
- Display inventory, order, fulfillment and operational status.
- Route paid orders to an authorized production partner when enabled.
- Prevent duplicates, recover interrupted work and maintain audit history.
- Protect the service, investigate failures and comply with applicable obligations.
We do not sell Etsy member information. We do not use buyer information for off-platform advertising or unsolicited marketing.
4. Etsy connection data
TTS Ops uses Etsy OAuth 2.0. Etsy handles seller sign-in and consent; TTS Ops does not request or store the seller's Etsy password. We request only the scopes needed for enabled features.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used server-side. A connected shop can revoke access through Etsy or request disconnection through TTS Ops.
Private Etsy account and buyer information is not used as creative-generation input or to train artificial-intelligence models. Creative tools receive operator-provided briefs and creative assets required for the requested production task.
6. Retention
Connection credentials are retained while the shop remains connected or until they expire or are revoked. Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, reconciliation, security, accounting and legal obligations.
Deletion requests are evaluated against active orders, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal-retention requirements. When deletion is permitted, data is removed from active systems and expires from protected backups under the applicable backup schedule.
7. Security
Safeguards include encrypted credentials, access controls, least-privilege OAuth scopes, redacted logging, controlled write switches and separation between preparation and marketplace mutation. No security program can guarantee absolute protection, but suspected incidents are investigated and affected parties are notified when required.
8. Your choices and deletion rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of information associated with an authorized shop. You may revoke an Etsy connection from Etsy's account settings. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically remove records that must be retained for an existing order or legal obligation.
Use the Support Center and include the shop identifier, the nature of the request and a safe method for verifying authority. Never send a password, API secret or buyer payment data.
9. International processing and children
Service providers may process information in countries other than the user's own, subject to applicable safeguards. TTS Ops is business software and is not directed to children.
10. Policy changes
Material changes will be dated on this page. If a change materially affects connected-shop information, affected operators will be notified through an available operational contact before the new use begins when required.
11. Contact
Privacy and data requests are handled through the Support Center or by email at support@easysellers.com. Include the authorized shop identifier and the type of request, but never send passwords, OAuth tokens, API secrets or buyer payment information.
