These terms govern access to the TTS Ops private beta. Marketplace and service-provider terms continue to apply independently.

TTS Ops is currently an invite-only private beta. Features may be limited, disabled or subject to an operator approval gate.

1. The service

TTS Ops coordinates product planning, creative preparation, listing operations, order visibility and fulfillment oversight for authorized commerce accounts. It does not operate a marketplace, process buyer payments or replace the seller's responsibility for products, listings, customer obligations or legal compliance.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be legally able to operate the connected shop and must have authority to grant every requested permission. Access credentials must be kept secure. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Private-beta access is personal to the invited operator and may not be sold, sublicensed or shared with an unauthorized party.

3. Connected-shop authorization

Connecting a marketplace account authorizes TTS Ops to perform only the functions represented by the granted scopes and enabled controls. The user may revoke marketplace OAuth access at any time.

External writes may require separate operator authorization. The user remains responsible for reviewing listing accuracy, pricing, production-partner disclosure, shipping information and product eligibility.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not use TTS Ops to:

  • violate a marketplace rule, law, sanction or third-party right;
  • publish counterfeit, infringing, prohibited, unsafe or deceptively described products;
  • misrepresent handmade status, design authorship or a production partner;
  • circumvent marketplace checkout, security, access controls or rate limits;
  • send spam, manipulate reviews or artificially inflate engagement;
  • collect or disclose buyer information beyond a legitimate transaction purpose;
  • probe, scrape or automate a service where that activity is not authorized;
  • introduce malicious code or interfere with service integrity.

5. Content, designs and production partners

The user must hold the rights necessary to use every design, photograph, trademark, phrase and product description submitted through TTS Ops. Automated assistance does not transfer that responsibility.

Print-on-demand and other production partners must be disclosed wherever a marketplace requires disclosure. Products must comply with Etsy's Creativity Standards and the policies of each connected channel.

6. Third-party services

TTS Ops may connect to Etsy, TikTok Shop, Printify, creative providers and hosting infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and decisions. TTS Ops does not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, traffic, sales, account standing or continued API availability.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses Etsy's API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

7. Private-beta availability

The service is provided for evaluation and internal operations. Features may change, and integrations may be paused to protect a connected shop or meet a provider requirement. Users should maintain source assets, financial records and appropriate backups outside the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or commercial results.

8. Fees and paid orders

Marketplace fees, advertising charges, production costs, shipping charges, taxes, refunds and chargebacks remain the responsibility of the shop owner. TTS Ops does not become merchant of record by displaying or routing an order.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be paused or terminated to address security, legal, marketplace-policy or service-integrity concerns. After disconnection, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

10. Changes

Updated terms will display a new effective date. Continued use after a notified material update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@easysellers.com or handled through the Support Center. Never send passwords, OAuth secrets or buyer payment information.
